Very helpful techniques in concise format, August 28, 2002 Reviewer: A reader from Corvallis, OR I've used several of the MCAT products related to the Verbal Reasoning Section and I found this product to be BY FAR the most helpful. It's a quick read, but the information is practical and easy to apply. Certainly buy this book if you want to develop the skills you need to get a really high verbal score. If you're only looking to acheive an average score, you might not need to bother with this book, as many other resources are available to help you gain some BASIC verbal skills. Remember, fellow MCAT'ers, the Verbal is the most difficult section to improve your score in, so its imperitive that you PRACTICE EXTENSIVELY if you want a really high score.-- Review --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
